DTN COMMENTS:  Packer inquiry is improving in some areas at midmorning. 
In Texas, current asking prices are around $258 to $260, at this time 
there are no bids on table in that area. A few bids are on the table by a 
Regional in Eastern Nebraska, at $403, but far, they are being passed. 
Significant trade volume maybe be delayed Wednesday or later. Beef 
cutouts are expected to be lower with light to moderate box movement.
